Bruce A. Blitman is one of Florida’s leading certified mediators.
In 1989, frustrated with the inability of an overburdened judicial system to affect justice, Bruce pioneered new avenues in dispute resolution. Today, mediation has become a logical alternative to the glacial pace and outrageous expense of the traditional legal system.
The key benefit of mediation is quite clear. In the traditional system, both parties place their fate in the hands of an overworked judge and an underpaid jury. As the dockets grow ever more crowded, even simple cases can drag on for days, weeks, even years without a satisfactory resolution.
With mediation both parties work together to arrive at their own settlement. Quickly. Efficiently. Amicably. In a successful mediation, nobody walks away from the table empty handed.
Bruce Blitman is one of the most experienced mediators in the State of Florida. He is certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a County, Circuit and Family Mediator. Bruce is a member of the Trial Bar for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is also certified as a Federal mediator in both the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Since 1989, Bruce has mediated more than two thousand cases. As a mediator, arbitrator, author, lecturer and trainer, Bruce has been actively involved in every aspect of dispute resolution practice.
